Essential to Flagship: which package fits your business
Essential fits a business whose brand already works and needs a clear, fast website done well. Evidence fits a business that wins work from strangers who need proof before they call, and Signature fits one that needs its brand and positioning made before the site is built. Flagship fits one that also wants its blog written, its setup for Google, Maps and AI answers, and its enquiry follow-up done for it.
If you’re between two, the four questions below usually settle it.
What does each package include?
We build every website as one of four fixed packages, each at a flat price, and every package includes two rounds of changes (Aurora Owl, Website packages). Each package holds everything in the one before it.
- Essential is a website built on your current brand, with pages for your services and how to reach you. It’s fast on a phone, built to be read by Google and AI assistants, and has WhatsApp and email contact on every page.
- Evidence is all of Essential, plus case studies and proof pages made from your own work, and pages that answer the questions your buyers search for.
- Signature is all of Evidence, plus an audit and positioning before anything is built, a brand your team can use (made with you, with the rules written down), and the site in the languages your customers use.
- Flagship is all of Signature, plus a blog written for you, live on launch day; set up to be found on Google, Maps and AI answers; and enquiry follow-up set up, so no lead goes cold.
We don’t list prices on the site. You get a quote by email after a short brief.
Who is each package for?
Essential: your brand is fine, the basics need doing well
Your name and logo work. What’s missing is a site that says what you do, loads fast on a phone and makes it easy to get in touch. If most new work comes through referrals, those people arrive already leaning your way, and in our view a clear site is what they need to make the call.
Evidence: you need to win strangers
Someone who found you through a search has nobody vouching for you, so the site has to do it with your own work. Google’s guide to helpful content asks whether a page shows “first-hand expertise”, and of the qualities it looks for, it says plainly: “Of these aspects, trust is most important” (Google Search Central, Creating helpful, reliable, people-first content, 1 Oct 2026). A case study from a real project is that kind of page.
The question pages matter for the same buyer. They’re what turns up when someone types the question into Google or asks an AI assistant (why answer pages win searches).
Signature: the brand and positioning need making from the start
This is for a business whose look or message no longer fits: it has grown past its old brand, moved into new work, or reads differently on every channel (why that costs trust). Building a site on a brand you’re about to change means building it twice.
Signature starts with an audit of where you stand today: on your site, in search, in your brand, and in how AI describes you. Then comes positioning. We talk to your customers and look at the deals you lost, then write down who your best buyer is and one number to move (Aurora Owl, Services: how we work).
Signature also builds the site in the languages your customers use. Google recommends a different web address for each language version of a page, instead of switching the language with cookies or browser settings (Google Search Central, Managing multi-regional and multilingual sites, 10 Dec 2025) (more on translated sites).
Flagship: everything we make, built and filled for you
This is for a business that wants everything in Signature and would rather not write the blog, set up how it’s found or build its follow-up itself. Flagship adds a blog written for you and live on launch day, the setup to be found on Google, Maps and AI answers, and enquiry follow-up, so no lead goes cold (Aurora Owl, Website packages).
Which four questions decide it?
-
Are your brand and your message settled?
If you’d happily put your current logo, name and wording on a new site, Essential or Evidence builds on them. If you’d change them anyway, or you can’t yet say in one sentence who your best buyer is, start with Signature.
-
Where do your new customers come from?
If it’s mostly referrals and repeat clients, Essential is often enough. If it’s mostly people who searched and had never heard of you, they’ll want proof first, which is what Evidence adds.
-
Do you have finished work you can show?
Evidence’s case studies come from your own projects, so you need a few you can describe: the problem, what you did, and what changed for the client. If you don’t have them written up yet, Essential can come first. Content and proof is also a service of its own that you can add once the site is live (Aurora Owl, Services: what comes next).
-
Do your customers read in more than one language?
Only Signature and Flagship include the site in the languages your customers use. If many of your buyers would rather read Arabic or Hindi than English, that can decide it on its own.
Why buy a website as a fixed package?
You see the scope before work starts. Each package lists what it includes, the price is flat and the change rounds are set, so you can compare line by line. The brand and website are one-time work, handed over complete (Aurora Owl, Services: brand and website).
Every package, Essential included, is fast on a phone and built so Google and AI assistants can read it. We put that in all four because, in our view, an assistant can’t recommend a business whose site it can’t read. Our guide on why AI assistants don’t recommend your business explains how they choose.
What happens after you send a brief?
A short brief is enough: tell us who you are and what you want. Then:
We read your brief.
We ask anything we need to know, by email.
You get a quote for the work, with what is included.
If you’re torn between two packages, say so in the brief.
Once work starts, two rounds of changes are included. Changes beyond those two are charged at a day rate, and work after handover is quoted as new work (Aurora Owl, Website packages: changes). Our advice is to gather everyone’s comments into one list for each round, so neither round is spent on half a set.
If one of these sounds like your business, send us a short brief and the quote comes to your inbox, or message us on WhatsApp, the quickest way to reach us.
